CONDITIONS OF SALE:

1. This price-list cancels all previous editions and prices are subject to alterations without prior notice.
2. Prices listed are WHOLESALE PRICES for the mentioned clients below and includes V.A.T. OTHER CLIENTS MUST PHONE THE OFFICE FOR RETAIL PRICES.
3. Only bona fide registered Nurseries, Garden Centres, Landscape Architects, Landscape Contractors, Schools, Government departments, Municipalities, Mines and Universities qualify for wholesale prices.
4. The list of species on offer in this price-list is the species that are available now or will become available during this season. It must be taken for granted that some species may be out of stock at any given time.
5. TERMS ARE STRICTLY C.O.D. UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS FOR CREDIT (30 DAY ACCOUNT OR E.F.T. PAYMENT) HAVE BEEN MADE.
6. We guarantee our plants for 21 days from the date of sale whereafter it will not be exchanged or replaced for any reason whatsoever.

7. Plants returned within 21 days of sale must be accompanied with the original invoice. We will not replace any plant if it is not returned and inspected by ourselves.
8. Plant returns must be written on the invoice after delivery, if not done, no responsibility whatsoever will be taken by FLORA R.S.A. NURSERY.
9. No guarantee written or otherwise to names, vigour or fertility of any plants will be given.
10. A handling fee of 5% on the wholesale price of plants will be charged on orders cancelled after it has been taken out, or not collected within 14 days.
11. A storage fee of 1.5% of the total value of a order will be charged per month or part thereof for plants that will be stored.
12. THE PLACING OF AN ORDER CONFIRMS ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF SALE.
